Dedicated to a brave lady

In July 2000, my Mother lost her seven year fight against cancer at the Norton Cancer Institute. Her fight was like many, lots of good days, and because of the wonderful, loving care that she received at Norton, she would not have given up one day.

My participation in the Ride to Conquer Cancer is dedicated to her. A true fighter, she would never give up, and we should not either. Thanks to her and so many others, medical care has made unthinkable strides in the past decade, but there is more to be done. We cannot stop now.

The Ride to Conquer Cancer benefiting Norton Cancer Institute is a 150 mile cycling journey, that I’m embarking on to fight cancer. It will be a challenge in a number of ways, but with my bike, my helmet, and your generosity, a real impact will be made!
