The Ride will continue RAIN or SHINE. Please come prepared with rain gear, a change of clothes, extra socks, and shoes, and anything else you may need to stay comfortable in wet weather. Pack your things in a garbage bag inside of your luggage to help protect it from the rain.

Saturday Onsite Check-in Information
5:30am - 7:30am: Onsite Check-in opens at E.P Tom Sawyer Sate Park.
For those who did not check-in online, please stop by at Saturday Morning Check-in. Also, stop by if you have additional donations or still need a tent assignment.
Saturday Opening Ceremonies Details
5:30am - 7:30am: Gear drop-off and continental breakfast served
7:15am - All participants should be onsite
7:45am - Stretching begins
8:00am - Opening Ceremonies
Free overnight parking is available onsite for Riders and Crew Members and can also be accessed through the Freys Hill Road park entrance. Please follow Ride signage and event staff directions to approved parking locations.

While visitors are able to join you at Camp to celebrate your Saturday ride, we will not have food, beverages or other services for them so they must plan accordingly. Visitor parking onsite is limited. All visitors must leave Camp by 9:00.
Finish Line Details - Sunday, September 27
E.P Tom Sawyer State Park
11am-4:00pm - Encourage your family and friends to come celebrate the thousands of Riders completing their epic, 2-day journey at the E.P Tom Sawyer State Park.
Invite friends and family to gather at the Finish Line on Sunday to witness your arrival and welcome you and your fellow Riders. The Finish Line will be a chance to rest, re-hydrate, refuel and celebrate the end of your epic journey. The high-energy will continue throughout the afternoon, so encourage loved ones to make a day of it. Pack a lunch, and relish in the face that you have made a difference in the fight to conquer cancer. Have any questions?
